Why call it verde when it is clearly orange? Anyway, grilled salmon is simply delicious if done right, so all one needs is a salsa to compliment it. This did the job, but I found it to be a little bitter with all the zest (although the missus disagreed.
Didn't buy the agave as I don't need another condiment wasting away in my fridge; I can only assume it would've made it even better (and perhaps sweeter.

So,didn't have agave, used honey. Didn't have green onions, used shallots. Pan-fried. It was very good, much better than I expected. Not sure if the recipie really needed capers, and I object to calling it salsa "verde", maybe just citris salsa, eh? Anyways, very very good, and nicely browned due to the honey. I ate this with some peas, and mixed salsa with peas on my plate, it was verygood!!

This was such a different take on the way I make salmon!! I did not grill it, I broiled it in the oven for about 10 minutes and that agave nectar was such a great glaze on the salmon. And the citrus salad was a great addition to the salmon. I loved it!!

My husband and I are not big fans of salmon but try to eat it because it is so good for you. The salmon cooked this way with the agave and the citrus salsa has changed our minds. The quinoa was also fabulous. I cannot wait to make it again for the rest of my family, they will love it!

An eclectic array of flavors brought together harmoniously by the sweet meatiness of the Agave grilled salmon. Very nice. The contrast between the crushed red pepper flakes balanced by the onion, the sweetness of the citrus and the salty bitterness of the capers made this salsa a pure delight. We felt like we were eating at a fine restaurant. We need to share this with friends soon!

First of all, I had to go to 4 different stores before I finally found the agave at a health food store. But it was well worth the effort!! I'm not a huge salmon fan but this was surprisingly tasty. I even used my George Foreman grill and the fish came out perfectly. I left out the capers - not too crazy about them. The salsa was absolutley amazing!! It was a perfect compliment for the salmon.

Giada and Ina are the BEST. I was however taken aback when Giada began using the tired/over-used/reserved for Rachael Ray word "awesome". Grrrroan.

This turned out even better than I expected it would. The flavors in the citrus salsa verde went together perfectly. The whole dish tasted was so fresh, flavorful and healthy tasting. Would definitely consider making again, even for company.
