I found the agave nectar in the natural foods section of my supermarket. The recipe worked out great. In the future I might slightly increase the amount of salsa. I never segmented an orange before, but I loved the taste of the salsa's orange segments with the salmon.

This salmon and citrus salsa verde was outstanding! I made the salsa a few hours ahead and let it sit in the fridge. My guests were so impressed. This would also be great with shrimp and chicken. The agave nectar was in my regular store and I'm now substituting it for honey in my other recipes.

Absolutely wonderful! The agave brushed on the salmon gives it a slight sweetness and crunch. Loved the salsa which was so easy to make.

I did not have Salmon on hand but I used talapia. it tasted just as good! as did everything in this show! My boyfriend and I just had a wonderful meal! Agave nectar can be found in the regular grocery store next to the honey!

I would love to try this dish. Where can I buy agave or what can I substitute for it.

Wow, So delicious! I substituted honey with a touch of dark brown sugar (already had it on hand, didn't want to buy the Agave. Also, my fish was previously frozen and thus vulnerable to falling apart on a hot grill so I made little heavy duty aluminum foil envelopes. Salmon turns out slightly sweet and delicious. The salsa was a perfect compliment.

Thanks Giada! I watched your show for the first time today on the food network. I'm happy to know another way to prepare a nice salmon steak. I particularly like the way the citrus enhanced the flavor of the salmon.

The ingredients were also easy to find. Thank you for sharing and I look forward to more episodes of your show. The food was delicious!

    With warm regards,

I am not a big fan of Salmon but this recipe was extraordinary. Just grilling the fish with the agave nectar made it so delicious. The Salsa Verde gave the whole dish a wonderful sweetness.

    I will make this again!
