I have to start by saying that I don't like salmon, I know..horrible. Anyway I substituted it with halibut and it was still a hit. Even with my 16 year old who hates everything. The salsa verde has great flavor!

I made all the dishes from this show, I baked the salmon since it is only about 7 degrees outside right now! It was a little work, but I loved all the incredible flavor!

I started out using a grill pan for this, but the salmon was sticking to it (skin was on the salmon, so I just put it in the oven for about 10 min. at 400 degrees and it turned out great - didn't carmelize but still tasted quite good. Wouldn't change a thing about the salsa - it was great. The flavors go really well together.

I know it's a winner when my husband eats every bite! I served the salmon and citrus verde with a salad that was simply mixed greens and avocado with a light dress of extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, a dab of agave, salt and pepper. I will definitely be making this again soon!

I made this along with the other 2 recipes from this show for some friends. One of them said "All of these flavors just ricochet in my mouth." The meal was just as promised - light and delicious. I received nothing but compliments on everything. Giada does it again! Wonderful!

OMG!!! was all I could say as I ate this wonderful taste treat. I watched Giada today, shopped this afternoon, and cooked this easy meal tonight. The salsa for the salmon is fantastic! This was my first experience with quinoa, and I couldn't believe how good it smells while it's cooking. The salad was great, too. My partner and I plan to serve this whole meal to guests as soon as possible. Thank you, Giada!
