Great for spring. The agave really leaves a great flavor on the fish. I recommend making the salsa at the beginning and let the parsley wilt a bit. Recommend pairing it with a glass of Torrontés and let the acidities of the two play off each other.

Delicious! I put the agave on about halfway through the cooking time, because the pieces of salmon at my market were pretty thick and I didn't want the sugar to burn in my grill pan. Turned out perfect with a slight golden crust on the outside for nice texture - a little different than pictured though. I also made the Herbed Quinoa from this episode - nice accompaniment. The fresh herbs, juices and zests made this a very memorable dish, so try not to skimp or omit anything!

What a fabulous dish. This tastes better than I ever imagined. Agave has a higher fructose content than any other sweetner on the market, therefore the health nut I am, I substituted the agave for maple syrup. This is tremendous along side the herbed quinoa featured in this show.

Top-notch recipe! I am VERY new to cooking (we're talking a couple of weeks and I was able to make this with no problems. I left out the capers, scallions and mint and it turned out great! This might be a weekly meal for my family!

Okay, I made all three dishes that was shown on Giada's Wednesday show! Grilled Salmon with Citrus Verde, Herbed Quinus and Carmelized Onion and Grapefruit Salad. Well, I created these very dishes and ladies and gentlemen....I outdid myself! I followed her recipe to the tee and everything was fantastic! My tastebuds had an "oralgasm" (can I say that? like never before. The sensations that occured with the citrus' and the fennel, mint leaves and so on and so on was marvelous. When we were done eating we felt satisified and it was wonderful. I liked the fact that the meal was healthy and so well organized! I am so pleased with the turn out that I took pictures and I just had to set up a future dinner with these recipes as the menu.

We love this one. The agave is great on the salmon and the citrus salsa is the perfect topping for it.
