This was amazing although I had enough of the salsa verde for a second dish, so either make double the amounts of salmon or cut the recipe.

Giada is now my new favorite Food Network Chef. This Salmon was absolutely delicious...and I don't really care for Salmon. Moist and flavorful. This will be my go to Salmon recipe.

This was Amazing! A big hit with everyone! I used cilantro instead of flat leaf parsley and served it with Jasmine rice made with 1/2 coconut milk and 1/2 water. Delicious!

This was so delicious and easy. I used a charcoal grill. Made the entire meal and guests were so enthusiastic and said this needed to be repeated!!

I am not a huge salmon fan...though I am trying to eat better. This was outstanding!!! I followed the recipe exactly, only chopped my oranges up a bit. I defintely used the Agave since I use it in my coffee daily and love it. I will make this on a regular basis...DELISH!

Great recipe, and flexible too. I used snapper instead of the salmon, and didn't have agave nectar so I just drizzled a little (very little honey on the fish before cooking. The citrus salsa is wonderful - make sure to use a slotted spoon when adding the salsa to your fish so you don't get too much liquid on your plate. I'll definitely be making this again.
