This recipe is unbelieve-ably delicious!! I substituted tuna steak for the salmon - searing 2 mins on each side for medium and 3 mins on each side for medium well. Have been recommending this to my clients!!

we thought this was very tasty. i accidentally bought blood oranges but they were delicious. i can imagine it would be a great dish for the summer--will definitely keep it in mind around July.

We loved this recipe. I substitued oranges for grapefruit so my son would eat it too. I have also followed the same recipe and used chicken. Light, fresh and really delicious!

I made this for the first time tonight and forgot to put in the mint, but I have to say it was very tasty so I am not sure if I will try it next time with the mint. Also, I didnt have an indoor grill pan so I sautéed the salmon...it still gave us a nice crust from the agave. My husband loved it too!

Hello from SC. I made this tonight, and it was awesome! We are in the middle of a snow storm (yes, in SC so I did not have all of the ingredients (scallions and mintbut I can't imagine it tasting any better. This is going to be a regular in our home. Thanks.

Used honey instead of the agave and didn't use the capers in the salsa, but it was still fantastic! Simple but dynamic flavors! Will most definitely make this again!
