    I loved this recipe! I had left over verde and added it to my leftover Grilled Onion and Grapefruit Salad and it was a meal in itself. I highly recommend this salmon. My husband is not a big fan of anything green but he loved the salmon!

    The citrus salsa verde was a nice partner for the salmon but we weren't jazzed by the mint included in the mix. We like mint with savory dishes but this one just didn't work for our palates. Made without mint the second time, much better for us. Also, this is good using ruby red grapefruit in place of the oranges...as we did tonight on the 3rd use of the recipe...in winter months when sweet red grapefruit as in season. In all cases, we cut back the olive oil by better than half. The agave nectar added a nice touch as salmon glaze. For those who said they can't find it, real maple syrup (not the fake stuff would work too. Honey may be too sweet.

    Wow! I cooked these up for the neighborhood meeting and even Frank Roidmen had one! He hates fish! I think the salsa verde is what makes this recipe sooo tasty! Just make sure to skin the fillets and take out the big bones and eyes

    Thanks Giada, This is awesome. I made it for some friends for lunch and we all loved it. We were hooked from the first bite. This has made me a salmon lover. The salsa verde is excellent and goes perfectly with the salmon. My friends now think I'm an awsome cook.

    Mmm so wonderful! I love the nice kick the red pepper gives to the salsa. The citrus really helps it shine in this dish. Thank you Giada!

    I made this recipe for my father and his girlfriend, both of whom are VERY picky eaters, and they both LOVED it! I paired it with a citrus infused white rice and a fresh arugula salad, and it was a hit. My father even said "This is the one thing I have eaten at home that I would have paid for at a restaurant!" FABULOUS!!!

    Made this tonight and my husband told me it was one of the best things I've ever made in our 15+ yrs of marriage, and I should mention that I'm a pretty good cook. The only modification I made was I didn't have any capers so I substituted some kalamata olives and they worked great. I loved the kick that the red pepper gave it. I am emailing all of my friends this recipe.

    I made this the other day and I could not believe how refreshing the Salsa Verde was on the salmon-- I never made anything with fresh mint in it and WOW -- each bite had a punch of mint - fabulous - will use fresh mint more often. Instead of the nectar, I put a little bit of garlic teriaki on the salmon and still got a great 'crust'. This is the first meal (along with the grapefruit salad and Quinoa from the show which by the way, was out of this world I made of Giada's and have to say I was impressed -- will make more of her meals.
