I followed the instructions to a tee and the salsa verde was very dissappointing. It was very watery. I actually enjoyed the salmon by itself with just the agave nectar on it.

the only thing I adjusted was the parsley it seemed too much when I added it to the other ingredients so I took some out , other than that it is an excellent recipe, the mint adds a burst of flavor at every bite!

Four ounces of salmon is not a large enough portion for an adult male, the result on the outdoor grill did not equal the indoor grill - no 'crust'. I'd lighten up a bit on the lemon juice in the salsa verde and don't count on it as a side.

I made this today and I was very disappointed. The salsa verde is gross!! ---way too much "greenery" in it. I LOVE salmon, and this dish left me wanting more flavor. The fish itself was kind of bland, and I salted it and peppered it, but there wasn't enough flavor for me. I didn't think the agave nectar offered any sweetness as others posted on here, plus it was difficult to find. I went to two grocery stores, and finally found it at a local specialty grocer in my town. I will not be making this dish again.

Great base to start from, but instead of mint and parsley I used cilantro and everyone loved it. Very refreshing especially for summer dinners.

The salsa verde is very light and refreshing . My kids love Salmon but picky, picky- did not like the salsa verde (green stuff in it. I will use this salsa on other fish too.

Another excellent recipe from Giada. I have used the Citrus Salsa Verde with other types of fish and pork. This is now part of my regular recipe repertoire.
