    This salsa has a very different flavor, but is absolutely amazing. I used green peppers instead of yellow because that is what I had in the house and it was really yummy. It's great contrast to the Herbs De Provance on the steaks! I will definitely keep this in my arsenal of recipes to make for guests!

    Saw Giada making this today and it looked delicious. Had all the ingridients except for the peppers so I went out and bought them. Its really really good! Great flavor. I am going to try it with fish as well as the steak.
