Quick, simple and flavorful. First time making swordfish and was looking for a quick and easy recipe. Bought fresh swordfish at the fish market. Used a grill pan on stove top. It was really delicious. My husband and two boys really liked it too. I will add this to the recipe file as a regular. Also used up some of the mint I have growing in my backyard. Definite keeper!

I will defiantly make this again. It was the first time I cooked swordfish, and the flavors in this recipe were perfect. The fresh herbs and garlic complimented the fish without overpowering it.

I knew this would be a good recipe when I saw the 5 star reviews. We had some basil and mint and lemon on hand, and my husband recommended looking up a grilled swordfish recipe online since we rarely eat swordfish. Wow! IS ALL I CAN SAY! The lemon olive garlic basil and mint dressing is soooo good, and I also drizzled some over some grilled yukons that were slightly parboiled and finished on the grill with olive oil salt and pepper. We actually used much less olive oil than the recipe called for..maybe 3 tbls lemon and only 2 tbls olive oil...and it was still outstanding! The flavors of this dressing are so light and fresh, you will feel so healthy eating this. I might even make this for next Easter instead of our traditional lamb. Thanks Giada!

This is a wonderful recipe....so easy and yet so tasty. I added a bit more garlic and marinated the fish for 15 mins before grilling. Reduced the grilling time since my steaks were pretty thin (3 mins on 1st side, 1.5 mins on 2nd side.

My boyfriend generally dislikes fish, but he enjoyed this meal. And, so did I!!! I would definitely cook this dish again! Although, we both agreed on some things we'd do differently next time. You can definitely taste the mint over and above all the other ingredients. Our only recommendation is add more garlic and pepper. Enjoy!

I was looking for something new to do with the mint that is growing in the backyard when I came upon this receipe. It is just absolutely incredible. I had always liked swordfish but prepared in this manner, I LOVE IT. I have made this dish many many times and it always gets rave reviews. Thank you Giada

YUM! Love this recipe. Great light and healthy meal. I made extra of the lemon, mint, basil and used it as a "dressing" for some pasta. Added freshly grated parmigiano reggiano and made for a very tasty dinner. Will do again!

Simple, easy and a real crowd pleaser. I add some fresh lime juice to the mixture, which adds a slightly mellow note.
