    This dish is incredible! My husband really loves swordfish and after I made this recipe, so do I. My fish was really thick, so I cooked it a couple minutes longer on each side and it was so moist and tender, it almost melted in your mouth. I have leftover marinade, so I will try it with chicken as well. Ymmmy!!

    This has become a staple in my kitchen. Although the dish works well without the mint, adding it produces a wonderful summer taste. I've also used the sauce as a topping on crostini, with wonderful results.

    I marinated my swordfish in a garlic, lemon and herb marinade before grilling. This dish was fantastic. It really showcased the full flavor of the swordfish. Will make this one again...when the swordfish goes back on sale.
