Works great with grouper too. Not so good with tilapia.

This is a good one for dinner parties but I wouldn't suggest it if you will end up having leftovers. It tastes great when it is freshly made but isn't so hot the next day.

This was good, but not great. Maybe I just don't like swordfish that much...I prefer Giada's bagna caude sauce over tilapia.

My gosh was this good. The mint gave it just a hint of flavor, not overpowering like some mint recipes i've had before. Great on the mild swordfish but would probably be good on grilled chicken too.

My husband and I both really like this and I think this preparation could be used on various types of fish. I think I will try it on Mahi Mahi next time.

This was terrific and I can see how this sauce could be used on other things as well. I fixed some angel hair pasta and mixed some sauce in with it. Then I put the swordfish on top of the pasta. My husband loved it. Light, fresh, and flavorful!

I was really nervous making this recipe because I've never made swordfish before and the fish was expensive, but I couldn't have been more pleased. It was fantastic
