this was awesome!!! i just bought a food processor a few weeks ago and this pesto was the first thing i'd made in it. pretty much followed the recipe but just eyeballed the ingredients for the pesto and left out the lemon as a personal preference. instead if using the pesto on the tuna, i made some rotini pasta and mixed some of the pesto in with the cooked pasta while adding some pasta water and extra grated parmesan cheese to make a thick pesto-y sauce, that was sooooo good!! the recipe makes a lot of pesto so i just put the rest in a tupperware in the fridge and used it little by little over the next few weeks to make more pesto pasta as a side dish to chicken and other meats. will definitely be making this pesto again!!

This pesto sauce is just amazing. It's almost the same as the recipe using swordfish. Most pesto sauces are tiring in the long run but this one is very refreshing.

This is an easy, delicious way to serve tuna! I put several handfuls of grape tomates and a thick-sliced red onion in a grill basket, drizzled with EVOO and S & P, grilled them at the same time as the tuna. After cooking my tuna rare ( 2-3 min. each side, I then spread the pesto over the tuna and returned to the covered grill for just a minute. Then I topped it with the onions and tomatoes. Taste-bud toudhdown!!!!!

This dish makes eating healthy tuna instead of steak, a delight. You won't even want a steak after eating this tuna because it has so much flavor. It is a tender and refined protein without the carbs.

This dish is so simple and I was so excited to make the pesto from scratch in less than 10 minutes. The fish and pesto together is absolutely deligthful. I now use my pesto on everything else I can think to put it on. This is a good healthy recipe for any fish or seafood lover like me looking for creative ways to cook fish.

I needed a basic pesto recipe that tasted like a 5-star restaurant's version - this one is it! I made this with Rachael Ray's creamy tomato soup. It was awesome (you stir the pesto into the soup - my husband and I both loved it. This will be my pesto recipe from now on. Thanks Giada!
