I had a ton of fresh basil after pruning my plants and couldn't bear to let it go to waste. This recipe was perfect! Fast, easy, healthy, delicious, what more could you want? Since it is just the two of us, I froze half of the pesto before adding the parmesan as she's recommended in other recipes. I hope it's just as good the second time - and even easier!

I loved this recipe. I can't wait to make it again. The pesto complimented the tuna perfectly. I will definitely keep this in my rotation. Thank you!

The basil came out great. My only comments would be that the tuna steaks may be too large of a portion for one person, so I would suggest just buying one steak and cutting it in half.

I made this last night, didnt have all ingredients for pesto so rubbed basil on tuna before I grilled. My husband loved it. We served it with Giadas roasted asparagus recipe and whole wheat cous cous. Thanks giada!

This is the first recipe I ever used to make tuna steak and it was incredible. It was super easy to make and tasted absolutely delicious. If you need to impress with your culinary skills, this isn't a recipe to overlook.
