    I used this recipe just for the pesto because Giada made it look so simple and good. I brushed it on some grilled corn and spread it on some salmon and then baked it. YUUUUUMMMMM!!

    I was looking for a pesto recipe to try with pasta and used this one. I thought it came out great - just added 2 cloves of garlic instead of 1. Next time, I might try using a combination of Romano and Parmesan or completely substitute Romano for the Parmesan to give it added flavor.

    I tried this receipe and now use it with slight variations as a part of my cooking repitiore. I find the pesto sauce to be delicious and very versitile. I highly recommend this receipe.

    I made the Basil Pesto with Calamari steaks and it was excellent. I added 2 garlic cloves instead of 1 because we love garlic. It was so easy and so delicious. This is a keeper.

    Wonderful. The recipe is great on hot days because it cooks so quickly. I did cheat and buy a packaged basil pesto sauce. My family loves this recipe for tuna. A must try!!!
