Loved this. It makes alot so I had quite a bit leftover. I can see the leftovers turning up in a pasta dish or a grilled veggie panini later in the week.

AWESOME! Used this as a "clean out the fridge" recipe and it was great! Used zucchini, bell peppers, squash, mushrooms, green beans, carrots & broccoli. It really was good when sneaking tastes throughout but adding the sauce really makes it! One bite has a basil flavor while the next has rosemary....healthy too!!!

My husband hates vegetables, but he is always asking me to make this recipe. It is a huge hit with everyone!! Sometimes I cut out the thinner veggies, like the green onions and asparagus, just to make it easier since I don't use a veggie basket for the grill and these suckers tend to fall through.

These were great! I also have one of the large two-burner cast-iron grill for indoor use like Giada uses in video. It's really easy and I was able to do the veggies inside while my hubby BBQ'd chicken outdoors. I actually forgot to add the basil and parsley but it was still delicious with the marinade and just rosemary and garlic.. I will do my veggies this way again! This time I grilled red and green bell peppers, eggplant, and small red tomatoes. Next time I'll add more veggies like the asparagus and zucchini! YUM!

I love Giada DeLaurentiis and her style of cooking. Healthy, apppetizing and delicious foods. Grilled veggies are a primo side dish and adds so much to a meat or fish dish. Thanks once again Giada for a great recipe, easy to do, good to eat

Awesome! Totally guilt free, delicious and eye pleasing, too.

These were the best combination of vegetables for grilling!

I didn't even need the balsamic vinagrette sauce. They were perfect as is.

I used the dry ingredients to make sauteed yellow squash. Nice and I'm sure I'll be able to give the recipe 5 stars once I follow the recipe as written!

The vegetables were delicious before I even put the sauce on: I had a hard time keeping my hubby and kids from eating them before I got dinner on the table. The sauce was just gilding the lily! It took a couple of extra minutes, because all of these individual slices of veggies took up the entire surface of my large grill, so I had to finish it before I could put the meat on. But since they only cook about 10 minutes, and had time to cool down while I was cooking the meat, it wasn't a big deal (I was cooking thin pork chops, so they don't take long anyway. I will use this recipe alog. We eat veggies every night and I get tired of steamed broccoli!
