    The Grilled Vegetables are one of my top 5 all time favorite recipes, and the dressing is to die for. I serve the grilled vegetables over rice, and add grilled chicken and top with the dressing - heaven!!!

    When I first read this recipe I was hesitant because I just figured it would be like a salad with balsamic dressing except with cooked vegetables. Something about this though was sooooo good. The asparagus got a crispy crust and the dressing provided a fun tang. Definitely will make again

    The veggies are great grilled on their own. You dont need the balsalmic, but if you really want it, you can add it.

    I used the marinade for zucchini, cremini mushrooms and asparagus. It wasn't AMAZING, but it was still pretty tasty. Would make it again, for sure.

    Fantastic! It tastes fresh and flavorful and looks like a masterpiece of color and shape. Wonderful, just wonderful. Guests will definately be impressed with this.

    Wonderful, fresh, and delicious! Had so much food on the grill I decided to bring this inside and roast in the oven! Cut into one inch pieces and roasted for about a half hour at 425 degrees. With the dressings wonderful flavor we served it over some rice pilaf alongside some grilled chicken, MMM MMM good!

    The marinade in this dish is so good. I didn't use as many vegetables as the recipes calls for since it is just my husband and I. However, I made the marinade exactly per the recipe and it all turned out delicious.
