Very nice. We're kind of new to the grilling vegetables thing, but this was very easy.

I make this same recipe except that I cut up red onions and red bell peppers (only into large pieces, and instead of making the balsamic vingarette myself, I just pour on Newman's Own Balsamic Vinegarette. I think the key that gives this recipe an extra WOW factor is to make sure you marinate the veggies for at least an hour in a bowl or gallon ziploc bag. It's even better to marinate overnight! I'm doing so right now, it's been in there for a whole day, and this makes a big difference. I dump them all together into a veggie roasting container w/ a handle, so that I can flip it over easily on the grill, and they get all blackened, carmelized and sweet! I'm a real meat eater, but seriously, I could eat a big bowl of just this and rice pilaf and never get enough. It's addicting even for previous veggie-haters!

I am trying to cut out complex carbs from my diet so I've been trying new side dishes. This recipe trumps all, complex carbs included! Fantastic! With BBQ in season this is perfect! So easy too. Thank you Thank you!!

The sauce for these veggies is amazing! It brings out the distinct flavors of each veg. I also put it on grilled fingerling potatoes and it was just amazing!

Very delicious and good for entertaining. When I have time, I also parboil some of the harder vegetables, then grill them later. It brings out the flavors even more.

I have used this recipe at least 10 times, and everyone loves them! I don't have a BBQ, so I use my panini maker. It takes a bit longer, but it's worth it! A definite must!

This is the best way yet to grill vegetables, and I love the fact I can use some of my fresh herbs I have for something besides meat dishes. The balsamic vinegar gives this dish a delicious taste.

My whole family & all my friends adore this recipe & ask for it when tey know we're Grilling.
My very Italian Husband will usually eat only a few Veggies, cooked the way his Mother made them, but with this recipe, he eats every Grilled Veggie you put in front of him & asks for more.

    Molto Grazie Giada!
