    This recipe was so easy to make and so delicious. The natural gas grill I was using caught on fire (almost burning down the house, so I had to use the gas stove without a grill pan. The recipe still came out superb. Thank you.

    This recipe is so easy!! The flavor of the veggies by themselves is already good and then add the sauce and it is even better. They taste great warm or cold and I think they taste even better the next day. Another great recipe from Giada!!

    Ok - I almost gave up on the herb mixture because it looked and tasted "grassy" in the bowl but once drizzeld on the veggies -wow, really fantastic! Such great flavor and the veggies have become a favorite. My husband just started weight watchers so her can eat as many veggies as he wants for 0 points!!! D-licious

    I have grilled veggies at least twice a week - the dressing made the dish. Made for a party of ten this weekend and all the veggies went! And I wanted some leftovers.

    I made this last night and it was fantastic. The grilled vegetables were tasty with the salt pepper and olive oil, but once I added the vinagrette, it was heavenly. Will definately repeat this one.
