Excellent, excellent, excellent. I used every vegetable listed in the recipe, however, I could not find the Japanese eggplant so I used two small standard eggplant. I think the charcoal grill added a little,something, something. Also, I've grilled vegetables before, but the vinegret made these extra special. Yum, yum.

This recipe was delicious, I ommitted the veggies I didn't like (mushrooms, eggplant and it still came out spectacular. The dressing is fantastic. My son loved it too. Highly recommended.

Made a larhe amout for a large party. Easy to make, stored well, dressing is wounderful. leftoverovers a few days later are still great.
