    Excellent and easy to make. Grilled the vegetables the night before and then dressed at time of serving. Delicious. Very good dressing.

    A simple and delicious way to prepare vegetables. Be sure to have plenty of crusty bread available to soak up the dressing! We've made this recipe at least once a week...

    I have messed up, or just not been pleased with my grilled vegetables more times than I'd care to mention. It seemed to simple to need a lot of work, and this was very simple. Also, these veggies freeze and store beautifully in FoodSaver packs and the marinate beautifully preserves the veggies and they have been fanastic, possibly better than the day prepared, thawed up to 2 months later.

    Very easy, great presentation, great flavor, excellent recipe! This goes great with the grilled chicken and spinach pesto recipe.
