This was super easy to make and super flavorful. My boyfriend doesnt like halibut (whatever so I used cod but it definitely didnt cost me anything in flavor. This was a great dish and I will make it again and again.

This recipe was awesome. We have a cast iron grill pan and grilled the halibut exactly 4 mins. on each side. Perfect !!!! I, as well, added more garlic and also added fresh grated Par. Reggiano to thicken the broth. And used 1 can of artichokes. Served over linguine noodles for my husband. He devoured it. I just ate it without noodles and nevertheless, delicious.

This is definitely a keeper, thanks Giada!

I followed the recipe pretty much word for word, except I only had about 8 oz. of artichokes. Never the less the meal was delicious. I have a lot of sauce left over so I think I'll use it over grilled chicken or something. The sauce has a great flavor. I added a pinch of crushed red pepper and it went well with the sauce. Thanks Giada for yet another amazing (and easy recipe!

Made this for my parent's 50th Anniversary dinner since my mom was recovering from surgery and they couldn't go out. EASY to make, and incredible flavor. Made it again with Mahi Mahi when I couldn't get fresh halibut, and that was nearly as good (worth the extra $ for the halibut if it's available. My entire family loved it. Restaurant quality flavor in an easy to make at home recipe --- you just can't beat that! Thank you Giada :-

I added some shrimp to the broth as a way of stretching the "halibudget" and served with crisp garlic bread. She really liked it!

This was a quick and easy dinner. You can easily use the extra "broth" with pasta. I added it to whole wheat rotini and it was delicious. This is a keeper!

This was definitely a quick and easy recipe. Light and healthy. I added a tiny bit of cream and a little less broth to make the broth a little heartier. Also used orange roughy, that's what I had on hand. I used more garlic to add more flavor as well. Overall, nice meal to make during a hectic week. I'm sure this would taste great over rice too, but I didn't do this because I try to stay away from too many carbs.

I love this bright little recipe. I cook for myself now after years cooking for my family and i'm always looking for fresh, light, fast and pretty single servings. I live near Seattle and we have fantastic farmers markets and equally fantastic seafood access so Giada's approach to cooking really speaks to my circumstances.
