An excellent easy dish! Make sure you boil the sauce long enough to get the thick syrupy consistency and really develop that yummy balsamic flavor.

Another great recipe, Giada! Keep 'em coming :

Great dish for entertaining. Easy to make. Also tried it with salmon.

I made this with mahi mahi instead of halibut, and served it over a bed of carmelized onions (to which I also added chopped tomatoes. My husband requested fresh lemon, but I didn't think it needed anything. It was fabulous. Flavorful but light, and very satisfying.

The flavor of this recipe was pretty good. It could use a little something extra. The fish was very tender and it was also quite easy.

This has to be the easiest halibut recipe ever and it tastes great! My daughter even helped! The glaze really goes well with the halibut. Add steamed broccoli or asparagus and white rice and you have the healthiest meal you thought you'd never be able to make! We all gave it a 10! Thanks Giada!
