    It looked so good on the show, but when i made it...it was just too sourish, sweet...i dont know, the fish was cooked perfectly how i was told to do...the taste just wasnt there, sorry Giada maybe the nexy one :/

    I wanted to like it, I really did. It just wasn't good. I've liked everyone of Giada's recipes thus far, this one just tasted wierd.

    This was not a good mixture of flavors!!! If you are stressing for some fish to cook, use some lemon juice and a citrus seasoning and that is simple and delicious.

    Excellent meal. Reduce honey content to add more kick to the glaze. Very easy to prepare.

    what a shame to waste halibut on this recipe. make fish and chips instead! fish was dry and visually unappealing on the table. maybe if it was pan seared instead it would add a better flavor and texture.

    i followed directions to a T. I used fresh halibut too. Lacked flavor. It was really nothing special. Maybe if I made so of my own adjustments it would be better. I will try other recipes to see if I can improve it.
