Seriously my favorite cookies of all time. I've made them at least 4 times now. And can't get enough! Everyone that I've shared them with LOVES them too!
Baking on parchment paper really helps.

I just made this recipe and love it. I did make one boo boo though. for some reason my mini chopper would not work so chopped my skor bars in the blender and got powder instead of crunchy peices. flavor is there but not the "crunch" of toffee I had hoped for. So I recomend this recipe but next time will chop my toffe by hand ha!

Great recipe. Nice texture and flavor-crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside. This will be my new go-to chocolate chip cookie. Also, made a lot more than 4 dozen.

These cookies are fabulous and several notches beyond classic Toll House Cookies.

I add an extra 1/2 cup of old fashioned oats for the flavor. I increase the chopped Heath bar to 8 ounces because it's a star ingredient that deserves to stand out.

Followed the recipe exactly at half measures so I wouldn't have too many on hand. They came out perfectly delicious! I froze the rest to have some great cookies for another night I get a cookie craving!

We make these cookies all the time, (literally and they are TO die for! My whole family loves them! We like to add extra walnuts and heath (cause the heath is SO good and they turn out fantastic either way. They look so pretty if you use an ice cream scoop, (i know, i know, for a cookie? we like em huge! and they make awesome gifts! Thank you, thank you, thank you Giada!!!!

I just finished making this recipe for the first time and the cookies came out perfect!! They are so moist and chewy!! I followed the recipe step by step and used chopped walnuts instead of hazelnuts and they came out great!! I even made a few without the walnuts and toffee and they were yummy: I will definately be making these again :

The cookies are just perfect!!! Just like the Pillsbury ones that you buy at the store. But these are even better - they don't have the trans fat. I have been looking for this recipe for a long long time. I did alter it a bit too... I didn't grind the oats at all (just being lazy, and I added walnuts instead of hazelnuts (which would have been even better probably.
I guess it is a personal taste; if you are looking for dry and thick cookies then these are not for you. But if you are Pillsbury cookie kinda person - these are just perfect!!!
