Made these for the holidays - everyone loved them. Much superior to the run of the mill average chocolate chip cookie. The toffee chips were particularly good crunchy in a soft warm cookie base - wonderful, and no harder than regular cc cookies to make.

You really can't eat just one. This is the best chocolate chip cookie I've ever eaten. It was a little dry and hard, so I may have incorrectly measured my flour. Even so, I'll be making this one again and again. My husband loves hazelnuts, and I couldn't keep him away from these cookies.

My friends and I have called these cookies "Gone in 60 Seconds" cookies, and you can probably guess why. This recipe was so easy to make.. I had to stir a lot of the ingredients by hand since I don't have an electric mixer, but it was still extremely easy! I'm not a fan of oatmeal cookies so I used a blender to chop the oats to a fine powder. The toffee really adds a special something and the hazelnuts were a perfect choice to add. I will be making these cookies every Christmas from now on!

These are the BEST cookies that I have ever made. I really love the use of toffee pieces and of the toasted hazelnuts. I found that for my oven I need to only bake them for exactly 10 minutes and they turn out absolutely perfect- in fact, I have made them about 4 times in the last few weeks! This is my new go-to recipe for cookies!

This is by far the easiest, most wonderful cookie I have made in a long time.I made it to bring to a party and they were all gone by the time the party was over. I think I will try it with chopped pecans next time I make them.

Ok, these cookies were quite tasty, but I like a more dough-y Toll House type cookie, so I thought these cookies were a bit too crispy (too full of nuts, choc chips and candy.

If I make them again, I would eliminate the old fashioned oats (add more flour and reduce the nuts to 1/2 cup. I think this would make a slightly better cookie. Although I'd have to say that the hazlenuts were an interesting treat to the standard walnuts :-

Tried this recipe twiced. The first time round I definitely was not impressed. I thought maybe it was me so I tried the recipe again following it to the 't'. The cookies weren't as moist as what I expected, not were they very appealling to the eye. I may make them for my mom again because she love hazelnuts, but I wouldn't serve to friends and give the recipe my seal of approval. Try them for yourself.
