Wow! Unbelievably delicious. I didn't have fresh Rosemary so I was going to use dried. However, when I reached for the spices I didn't realize I took out Herbs de Provence instead and didn't notice until it was already in the soup. It turned out delicious anyway! I'll probably use that spice every time I make it. I love Giada!

Really simple and delicious. I added the lemon zest and roesmary to fat free sour cream instead of creme fraiche. Next time, after I blend the soup, I would put it through a sieve to remove any stray tomato seeds. Will make this again!

Easy & Tasty. There are lots of good nutrients in this dish and a great way to add fiber. We left out the creme fraiche. I have even substituted Kidney Beans and it is just as good. We used a stick blender in the pot instead of puree in the countertop blender. It worked just as good. We will certainly keep this one around. ALSO, it tastes good chilled or at room temperature, too!

This was surprisingly delicious for such a quick prep/cook time. The beans were a great component since the soup has a traditional texture but ends up being more filling. I left out the creme fraiche but added fresh lemon juice to the soup. It was perfect for a rainy day grilled cheese and soup craving.

I make this over and over and over again. I never add creme fraiche, I find it is okay without it. This soup freezes pretty well, but tends to lose texture after and becomes more watery. The flavour is unbelievable though.

Awesome! I used greek yogurt instead of the creme fraiche (and meyer lemon and it still turned out fabulous! Also, I omitted the butter and just used a bit of olive oil to sautee in the beginning. Will be saving this to make many more times in the future!
