I had never heard of Quinoa before seeing Giada's show the other day-- I made it last evening and was very happy with the results. The taste was excellent and it is another winner by Giada!! Even my teenagers enjoyed it!! For those who have asked where to purchase, we bought it at Wegmans.

I made this dressing with cous cous since we did not have quinoa and it was delicious! A great way to zest up cous cous!

I made this along with the other 2 recipes from this show for some friends. One of them said "All of these flavors just ricochet in my mouth." The meal was just as promised - light and delicious. I received nothing but compliments on everything. Giada does it again! Wonderful!

We discovered quinoa a few months ago but only cooked it per the package directions. We were excited to see Giada cook it today so decided to make it for dinner. It was excellent! It went beautifully with the fresh swordfish and green beans we had. Giada, again you've hit the ball out of the ballpark! THANKS!!!

I love quinoa!
I have many food allergies. Quinoa is something I eat almost everyday?. It gets kind of boring doing it the same old way over and over.... This is a great new recipe! I can?t believe I never thought to use lemon and these herbs before!

It is certainly one of the healthiest grains/seeds you can eat. However, you MUST rinse the dry quinoa before adding it to any recipe, since there is a bitter coating on it called saponins. Simply pour your measured cups of quinoa into a fine handheld sieve and run under the faucet for about 30 seconds. Then your quinoa is ready to use. ...and of course, I strong suggest that making this salad *really* healthy that it should be done vegan (i.e., sans chicken stock!. Quinoa is a great grain all on it's own and doesn't need any favor *alterations* from meat-based products. Thanks for giving props to quinoa, Giada!
