Agree with previous posts. This has too much lemon. Like the recipe other than that and will do it again with half as much lemon. I might just omit the lemon juice all together and just use the zest.

A couple of tips about using lemon in cooking: First, you have to use fresh juice, not the stuff out of the bottle. Second, lemon juice is sour, zest is fresh and lemony. If the dish is too sour, leave out or reduce the juice and leave in the zest. I don't like sour quinoa, so I cook it in all veggie stock and use lemon juice only in the dressing and it's delish! Hope this helps!

This was very light and lemony. Loved it. Paired it with some lemon garlic shrimp and a good bottle of chard. Yum

I agree needs adjustment for lemon....I added toasted pine nuts, fresh grape tomatoes which helped add some complexity...

Like some others said, way too much lemon (and I left out the zest. I think if I tried this again I would eliminate either the lemon from the boiling or from the dressing, not use both. Just a hint is all you need and this was too much.

Delicious and packed with flavor, even when cooked with vegetable broth versus chicken stock. I will definitely be making this again!

Just didn't like it. It was my first time trying Quinoa but I don't think this was a good first recipe. To me the lemon was too strong.

I love Giada and am usually impressed by her recipes, but this was SUCH a disappointment. I made it last night and there was just too much lemon juice. I substituted veggy stock for chicken stock because I'm a vegatarian and added the correct amounts, but there was too much liquid. Never making this again

Really delicious and super easy! I made this last night with dinner and every one liked it. It was the first time I have had quinoa and I love it. I will be making this again and again. I used one and a half lemons, which I think was a little bit too much. Took over the taste of the quinoa. Next time I will juice one lemon.

Change the name to Lemon Quinoa or cut back on the lemon and olive oil. Way too much of both and they overpower the fresh herbs.
