DELICIOUS and very healthy. I eliminated the extra salt added because I was trying to make it as healthy as possible. I posted about my experience with this recipe because it was so amazing. Healthyhappinesstoday is my blog username on wordpress.

Too lemony for our taste. Was hoping it would be a complimentary side dish but it was over powering.

I just made this for lunch. I loved it! I used a lot less lemon though so that it wouldn't be too lemony and it was perfect : Will make again.

Delicious! I used as much lemon as stated in the recipe and didn't find it too lemony. Mine were Meyer lemons, though, so it it might have made the difference.

I should have read the reviews first, because then I would have known that this recipe calls for too much lemon! Fortunately, I was able to salvage the super sour dish by sprinkling a tiny bit of sugar to neutralize the sour taste. I've also made this dish with bulgur wheat and brown rice-- all pretty good!

Really tasty. Thyme was overpowering, though. Next time, will omit this from the recipe. Overall, very good!
