I live in NY but places are always out of it, I found this store over the weekend and they said they do free shipping anywhere (tea's don't weigh anything so smart idea, Site is called youmeandtea.com . It's cheap too. I think it was 3-4.00 per ounce. I saw the posting about amazon, but not sure what they charge for shipping.

I made this last week and it was a HUGE hit! I live in Michigan, so I didnt have hibiscus flowers, so I used Tazo bag tea ( It was the Passion flavor, which is a combination of Hibiscus flowers and other floral tea leaves I also cut the sugar in hlaf and I doubled the vodka. It was a fun recipie and both the men and the woman all loved it (cutting the sugar and using the lemon and lime juice really balanced the flavors. I would highly recomend it to anyone!

I made this for my cocktail connoisseur friends and it was a big hit! They loved the taste of the hibiscus and it was definitely different than anything we have done before. I did a few modifications though. I cut the sugar by ? cup, upped the Vodka by ? cup and added an extra tablespoon each of the lemon and lime juices. Then we topped it off with a splash of soda water so it wasn?t so sweet. It was so good I am making it again tonight!

I made this using Passion tea from Starbucks (the main ingredient is hibiscus flowers which I steeped using about four tea bags to make two cups for use in this recipe. The idea of combining steeped hibiscus with vodka and citrus is just wonderful - it makes a drink that looks beautiful and tastes as refreshing as it looks. My female friends all loved it - the only hard part is remembering that there's vodka in them, and trying not to have another!
