These biscotti are DELICIOUS. What I do a little differently is add the chocolate chips to the biscotti mixture. I also add toasted almonds instead of pistachios, which can be seasonal. They're the best. Thank you, Giada!

This recipe was made many times during the holidays. Everyone keeps asking for more and stated it was the best biscotti ever made.

These biscotti were a nice mix of fruit and nuts, but were difficult to keep from breaking.

Every year I add a new cookie to my holiday fare. This year was the Holiday Biscotti and it will now become an annual tradition. I received so many compliments. Some pieces I dipped in chocolate and some I didn''t...no matter...all my reviews were spectacular!

The holiday Biscotti received wide raves from everyone I gave them to at Christmas. I used the Giardelli white chocolate, the pistachios and cranberries were expensive but well worth it. Be careful when cutting. Use
serated knife because of the nuts so that they do not crumble. Iread the reviews thank goodnes, they took less time to bake 33 minutes instead of 40 and 2nd back was 12 minutes instead of 15. Watch carefully. I will double the receipe next time.

I made this wonderful recipe last Christmas to give out as extra gifts. It worked perfectly the first time. I'm making it again this Christmas, since I've been asked for it several times.
Don't be afraid to use any nuts that you have on hand. My family likes it best with "GROUND" almonds, 1/8 tsp nutmeg, and instead of the white chocolate; I brush the biscotti with 1 beaten egg and sprinkle with lots of coarse sugar before putting in the oven.(Bottom and top: It is absolutely beautiful. This gives the biscotti a pretty sparkle and a nice crunch on the outside. Just be sure to watch carefully at the end of your baking time, so that you don't over cook it.
I've tried lots of biscotti recipes, and this is a favorite. Thanks Giada for sharing this wonderful recipe!

Recipe is fairly straight forward. And the flavor is fantastic. I had people asking for more weeks later.

I made these for my husband and flightline friends during the holidays. I got great reviews! I've been making it year round, with much praise and sucess. This is a win-win biscotti.
