I'd never made biscotti before, so I was very impressed with how easy they were to make and how professional looking they are. I had to add an extra egg to make it all hold together.

I made these for a cookie swap and everyone loved them! I also used toasted almonds and drizzled them with chocolate instead of dunking for prettier presentation. Not too sweet, great combinations of flavor and fantastic complement with coffee! Try it.

This was the first time I made biscotti I've always been intimidated by them but after seeing the show and how easy Giada made it look I thought I would give it a try. They turned out great I've never tasted a better biscotti the recipe is easy to follow, I recommend it to all.
