This so much more simple to make than I ever dreamed. I just use whatever dried fruit and nuts that I have in the pantry. I have made this recipe several times and it has always turned out excellent. Can't keep hands out of the cookie jar.

With all the chocolate and crystal sugar added at the end of the recipe, I halved the sugar. We like it with or without all the sweet toppings.

After watching this TV I made this right away and it was so good....I don't need to buy biscotti anymore.

Made this recipe a couple of weeks ago and again yesterday. I'm not a baker, but this sounded easy and we love biscotti. Didn't do the chocolate; they are great without it. I had the same problem with some of them crumbling on the ends, but they still taste great. Perfect consistency: not too soft, not too hard. And the combination of pistachios, cranberries and lemon is yummy! Thanks Giada!

This is the first time I made biscotti. It was easy and delicious!! I don't eat cookies often but I ate these over and over again.

This was just as good as I thought it would be. I cooked it for 35 minutes, cooled for 10 before cutting. My only problem was that the very good white chocolate I used did not melt very well and I ended up using a knife to spread it on. It did look very festive however with the green and red sugar. But I would not bother with the chocolate again because the biscotti is excellent the way it is!

Our office was having our Christmas/Retirement party. As I walked in the door bombarded with rave reviews of the Holiday Biscotti. It was the "best they have ever eaten." Way to go Giada great job. It will be one of my annual Christmas (if not all year rounbaking cookies.

Excellent biscotti recipe. Received many complimentas at work and at home. Besides having great taste, they make a colorful display at Christmas.

I made over 8 double batches of this recipe this week. The first time, I misread and put white chocolate chunks into the dough. I have also made it with almonds and without cranberries (oops--forgot once. I took it to my staff and was asked several times for the recipe. Fantastic, easy, and people think I can bake!

Not much of a baker and I don't have a kitchen counter mixer so I had to use a hand-held mixer. Biscotti still turned out awesome! But my biscotti came out really long, so I only got about a dozen biscotti instead of the 2 dozen that the recipe was suppose to yield. The dough really flattened out in the oven, but the taste was really good.
