    THIS BISCOTTI IS EASY TO MAKE AND DELICIOUS MY HUSBAND IS DIABETIC SO I SKIPPED THE DIPPING IN CHOCOLATE IT WAS GREAT TASTING YOU WONT WANT TO BUY STORE BOUGHT BISCOTTI AFTER THIS ENJOY!

    I never tried to make biscotti before. This was easy and a great cookie to bring to many holiday get togethers.

    It was my first time ever making biscotti. It was so easy to make, and my family keeps asking for more! I packaged them up for my co-workers and for my extended family. I'll definitely be making these every year during the holidays!

    Made these for Christmas and brought a few to my very-Italian "aunt". Everyone absolutely loved them. Perfect blend of sweet & salty, but not too much of both. Can be made with or without the white chocolate - it just adds a bit more sweetness.

    I don't care for cranberries so I used dried cherries. DEVINE!! Second batch I skipped the chocolate-they don't need it.
