I was very hesitant to make these since I don't care for biscotti. However, they looked so festive on TV that I decided I'd make them & give them out as gifts to co-workers. I CAN'T PART W/ THESE! They are delicious!! They are the best holiday cookie I've made this season and I'm making another batch to keep for myself. I cannot believe how tasty the cranberry / pistachio combo actually is. The flavors work great together. I love the "softness" of the biscotti. I used Ghirardelli white chocolate for dipping and I love it !! WOW...Thanks Giada.

This was a great recipe. It's very tasty and has been great for gift giving and is so easy to make. I didn't have the problem with crumbling that others did. Just cut slowly and carefully and be sure you use a sharp serrated knife.

What a great recipe, only difference was I dipped mine in dark chocolate. Very easy recipe and times and baking temperatures were exact. Something to be said for that because I find most recipes are not that way and you have to "tweak", not this one! Perfect in every way, that taste of the lemon comes across but in a good way. I was afraid it would not have enough flavor but excellent!

This recipe was so easy and so flavorful! I substituted dried cherries for the cranberries and still got the holiday look. My Italian step-dad went crazy over these! Any fruit or nut could be used. This recipe is a keeper!

I love this recipe. i've made three batches since the show aired. it's not that difficult to make, and the biscotti come out wonderful every time. I've been augmenting the add ins each time i make it. they were exceptional when i added white chocolate and dark chocolate chips with a 1/4 teaspoon of mint extract. They were also very good when i added almonds. delicious, we can't stop eating them!
