I never knew biscotti could be so easy to make. My family loved this.

These were a huge hit in my gift baskets for Christmas. The sweetness from the cranberries accented the pistachios perfectly. My family asked specifically for these again this year. Amazing recipe!

When I was growing up one thing we looked forward to was the Holidays. My nona was the master cookie maker... some of my favorites I have found how to make on your show! Thank you so much for teaching me how to reinvent some of my families favorites... my nona is no longer able to teach us, and she only speakes Italian...do to her mental state.. she can not communicate... The biscotti has brought back family memories.. thanks

I just baked these and they are awaiting their chocolate which I am choosing to "drizzle" back and forth instead. They are beautiful with the reds and greens and the smell of the lemon with everything else is intoxicating! I cannot wait to eat them and share with friends and family at my daughter's birthday party this weekend and Christmas next weekend. I can already see I will be making at least one more batch. Oh, and cutting them is easy as long as you have a VERY sharp serrated knife and let it do the work. It will slice through the nuts without breaking the cookie to bits, otherwise I could see how someone could have a crumbling problem.

I made these biscotti after work and they were very easy. The biscotti have a great taste and are not too sweet.

Instead of dipping the biscotti in the chocolate, I just drizzled some chocolate over the cooled cookie.

These were delicious. I used some semi-sweet chocolate instead of white chocolate and they were amazing.

I used orange zest instead of lemon, and pecans instead of pistacios and they came out great!
