These are great - as mentioned by some, these cookies are very adaptable. I made a batch with cranberries, orange peel and semi sweet choc chips - delicious! Also made them the original way - equally delicious!

I really loved these! I used the cherry flavored cranberries and they were wonderful. Because I am allergic to dairy, I used a powdered sugar glaze to drizzle over the top instead of the white chocolate. They tasted fabulous with a nice warm cup of coffee!

i thought these were wonderful and maybe I do not know how to do the chocolate properly butI think they looked better without it! I followed the (melting-dippingdirections exactly but they came out a bit gloppy. I think it will take some practice! I will definitley make them again!

Having never made biscotti before, it was a little difficult, but the result was well worth it. I am a full-time RVer with little tools and a lot of time on my hands to cook. Thank you for the wonderful recipe.

These are SO good and so easy to make!!!! Instead of dipping the 1/2 biscotti in the chocolate, I drizzle it over the cookie.

Before Christmas, I made this Biscotti for my family and for my wife to take to the office. Everyone wanted the recipe. I substituted orange zest, since I didn't have any lemons handy. For the second batch, I used Craisins and pistachios. The Caisins added a little more sweetness. I plan to experiment with other nuts and dried fruits, like a tropical medley of apricots and papaya. This was a very easy recipe that any guy who wants to experiment in the kitchen can make. You may have to watch the first batch and reduce the baking time, so the bottom of the log doesn't get overly browned. That was the only issue with the first batch I made. Everyone loves the flavor and texture.

Fabulous! I cannot discribe it any other way. I left mine plain(without the chocolate and have enjoyed it with coffee and tea. The fresh lemon makes this biscotti sparkle! Make them as fast as you can!
