    This was my first time making biscotti and followed the recipe to a T. It was great. Next time I used almonds and almond extract with dried cherries! Also a hit. This is a good solid recipe that can be adopted to other ingredients.

    This biscotti turned out absolutely delicious! I gave them as a gift on Christmas and they were loved! I followed this recipe to a T, and this is the best biscotti I have ever had.

    This recipe for biscotti was easy and so delicious. I had no problems at all. I coated one side of the biscotti with chocolate. Absolutely delicious!

    I made these 4 times since December 23rd because family and friends kept eating them up. They should be rated EASY. They are so delicious that my mother took some home to Michigan in her carry-on bag. Twice I followed the recipe exactly and the next 2 times I used almonds and dried cherries. Both were just delicious.

    I was watching the show one morning. And my best friend calls and says "We need a good cookie recipe." Well right at that moment I was watching these biscotti's being made. I told her about them and that evening we made them for a cookie contest. They came in 1st place out of over 300. Then a week later I made them for another smaller contest again 1st place. I tell you these are a hit with every that tries them. Thank You!
