Wow - I thought I was getting "into" the holidays with a big fanfare, but this was a piece of cake. (or Biscotti, as the case may be! The only thing I do different now, is I do not dip it in the white chocolate because it was hard to keep looking pretty when I put it on plates for giving, etc. Even without chocolate, people still love this!

The ingredients in this recipe are costly but worth the expense. They were absolutely fabulous! So worth the time and effort dipped in the white chocolate. I will make them often, not just at Christmas.

Great, but didn't use the white chocolate - dipped the dried cookie in red wine after dinner!

Not only were these easy to make, but they looked and tasted absolutely incredible. The best biscotti recipe I have ever tried. They received rave reviews. I used white sparkling sugar instead of the green and red sugars, making the white chocolate look like glistening snow.

I ran out of time and did not do the chocolate and colored sugar embellishments. The biscottis still turned out beautiful with the colors of the pistachio and cranberry. Cookies were not too sweet, and everyone loved them.

I made this biscotti recipe without the chocolate embellishment. (I don't like chocolate in/on my biscotti. My husband took some into work for the holidays, came home that evening and asked me to make more because people were going nuts for it. Then, I took some to my mother's for Christmas. She took some to work and the same thing happened! I don't believe I ever got this reaction when I slaved over all the fancy schmancy holiday cookies I made in years past. Guess what I'm making next year, too?

This recipe was great I adjusted the time to 35 min. instead of 40 it was perfect. The biscotti was nice and dence and had a nice crunch to it. It was a big hit at my familys chirstmas dinner.

We made two batches of these biscotti for the holidays, and they turned out great. We dipped half in white chocolate and half in dark chocolate - both were good, but I preferred the dark chocolate. Recipe was easy to follow. We'll definitely make them again.

This recipe was a nice change from traditional biscotti. The flavor of the lemon zest, dried cranberries & nuts gave it a great flavor. I didn't dip mine in chocolate and they were good. For those who have never made before this is an easy recipe. Make sure as you bake the sliced cookie to check the bottom of the cookie, this is what browns first. You will have to turn them.

We really enjoyed the cookies. I used dark chocolate instead of white. They were very good. Simple to make
