A simple and elegant holiday biscotti. Very very good and easy to make. My office workers loved them. For those of you that are having trouble with the cookies falling apart as you are trying to slice them, be sure to let the biscotti cool completely before trying to slice and definitely use a serrated knife.

These are very yummy, I think it helps that I probably added more lemon zest than the recipe says. Also very easy, as I didn't even bother to combine the flour with baking powder separately...oops! And they still taste great - forego the coloured sugar....for the kids only

Too bad they crumbled to pieces when I went to slice them. Perhaps as another writer wrote the nuts have to be chopped more. I'm upset because these were to be for an office Christmas party and now I have to buy something instead.

I made these as a gift for my husband's secretary, and I can't stop "tasting" them! I need to get them out of the house immediately!

I would recommend that you really make sure that the nuts are chopped so that when you cut through the log they don't break up each slice.

Delicious holiday treat! Easy to make, a bit expensive because of the pistachios, but worth if for special holiday snack with hot latte.

These looked tempting on the show and easy to make. I made them today and those who tried them, absolutely loved them. My sister even took my copy of the recipe home. I think I added a little more lemon zest than called for, but I like the lemon flavor.
    Try them-you won't be disappointed.
