Excellent Recipie. Easy to make and better tasting than any Biscotti you are going to get at ANY coffee house.

I made this biscotti on a Saturday night-it was quick, easy, and delicious. I think this is a great addition to holiday cookies. Yum!

Absolutely awesome! Did not use white chocolate, thought biscotti had good enought taste. Our company I made these for wanted to know where the Italian Bakery was in the area that I got these from! He (100% Italian ouldn't believe I made these! I also used walnuts (1/2 cup chopped instead of hazelnuts.

This is a great recipe for biscotti. I did substitute the pistachios for macadamia nuts since I was not able to find hulled pistachios. The macadamia nuts were a great complement to the white chocolate and cranberries. I also only did half of the recipe with the white chocolate and enjoyed it both ways! I liked how it wasn't as "sugary" without the chocolate, especially in the morning with coffee. I will be making this again for Christmas!

These are very pretty and elegant.
They are also very quick to prepare. I am pleased with this recipe. Although, the first time I made them I doubled the butter by accident. LOL they were rich and crumbled up.

This recipe is not only my family's favorite but everyone elses that I share them with. I do recommend refigerating the dough for 30 minutes before forming and baking it though. It helps a lot. Oh, and make sure to make a double batch. Mine are gone within a 2 day window!
    Happy Holidays!

These were better than I had hoped and really festive looking with the green and red. I am a real chocolate fan, so this was a big step for me. I will make these again. They will be pretty on my holiday tray.

I've got 5 or 6 biscotti recipes that I make frequently, and this just got added. It calls for less flour than the other recipes I make, but it has pistachios and craisins in it and I chilled the dough for 30 minutes. I made two logs about 12" long and about 1 1/2 inches wide.

    Great recipe!

I made several batches of these last year and gave them out as Christmas gifts. Everyone raved over them and made me promise to include them in my gift baskets this year. Very easy to make and can be made even more festive by sprinkling the white chocolate with white cake glitter while they dry for a snowy effect.

These biscotti are wonderful. The lemon zest is perfect. I wasn't sure if any cookie was worth the effort of shelling all the pistachios, but it was well worth it! The only change I will make next time (I'm making more tonight! will be to make two logs instead of one. They're very easy to make, they look so beautiful with the red and green and my family loves them. Thanks, Giada. These are just the perfect cookies!
