This biscotti got rave reviews from family and friends. I did bake them a little longer then Giada suggested and they were great. I used the Giardelli whit chocoate and the sprinkles. Excellent. The pistachios were a bit expensive but well worth it. Next time I will double the recipe, they went so fast.

This was the first time I have ever made a biscotti cookie, and it was so easy and yummie! I have made it a few times now, sometimes using salted butter, sometimes without the lemon zest and even sometimes using just almonts and no pistachios or cranberries and it still turns out delicious! A great, great recipe and easy to make. Thanks for another good one Giada!!!...

This recipe was pretty easy to do. Just watch the white chocolate, as it is temperamental! These biscotti were really good, and everyone enjoyed them. I will make them again!

The Biscotti was a great hit, and not difficult to make. As long as you follow the instructions, you are good to go. Everyone loved them for breakfast during the holiday season -- they are softer than the usual hard biscotti you can purchase in the store. I only had one request -- no white chocolate next time as that was a little much. Overall yummy.

I've owned a coffee shop for more than 7 years so I have more than a few (hundred biscotti but these were not only super easy to make, but one of the most delicious too! I made half sized ones and gave out little bags of 3 ( 1 white chocolate, 1 chocolate and 1 non-dipped to delighted family and co-workers.

This is a delicious and easy desert to make. I omitted the white chocolate but sprinkled a little granulated sugar on top prior to baking. This recipe was a big hit!!!!

I made these for a bunch of company over the Christmas holidays as part of a tray of cookies. They turned out very well. Everyone enjoyed them. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.
