This recipe is much better than Giada's chocolate chip biscotti. Even my old-country Italian mom and dad loved it. Instead of dipping in chocolate, I drizzled a little on top (no sprinkles. They looked very pretty and weren't too sweet. I sliced them straight instead of angled. Otherwise, I followed the recipe exactly and they were perfect.

These are awesome. I added a little wax to the chocolate to harden it a little more to transport them easier.

I made this for a holiday pot luck at work. It was a big hit. Not one complaint. Loved it!

Nunca habia preparado biscotti.

I made cranberry biscotti and gave it to friends and family as a Christmas gift this year. They loved them! I did not dip the biscotti in the white chocolate as the receipe suggested to cut calories. Mmmmmm

Made these twice in two days. To crank up the orange flavor, used orange zest instead of lemon and soaked the cranberries in Grand Marnier for 30 mins prior to baking. Another amazing recipe!

I've never eaten biscotti, much less tried to make it before. But I was pleasantly surprised with how easily this recipe came together. I used dried cherries instead of cranberries, and I like the results - good flavor, super texture. I think next time I'll drizzle the chocolate all over, instead of dip the ends though... too much sweetness in on bite otherwise, in my opinion.
