This was so delicious! I followed the recipe exactly and it was so perfect! I made it in the morning, and my whole family munched on them with coffee later on in the morning. I used a very very sharp knife, and it was gorgeous! Recommended!

This was my first attempt at making biscotti! Wow...how delightful! All of the reviews had me a little worried since I am not much of a baker. I only cooked mine for 30 minutes and only let them sit for about 5! I used a bread knife and presto...no crumbs. Note: my dough was a bit sticky and I think that is why I didn't have problems with crumbling when I sliced them. Also, I think it is definitely important that your butter is at room temperature and that you only mix the ingredients until blended. Also, I made two rolls and so it made the dough much easier to handle. Can't wait to share them with my boyfriend and his family!

This was a very tasty recipe that was easy to make. I can not bake, not even pilsberry precut cookies, but this was easy. My whole family enjoyed this; my son in law who eats like no bodies business, even my husband with his missing tooth was able to enjoy this, no dentures needed! Can't wait to make it again!

This recipe is absolutely amazing. I decided to bake this for the single soldiers down range and after tasting to make sure they were okay, we had to make a second batch just for ourselves. It did not even need to chocolate or sprinkles.

This recipe is a keeper! I love the ease and deliciousness of this recipe..I dont use pistachios I use almonds and it is equally divine. I also dip the whole bottom of the biscotti instead of just the tip..because who cant use more chocolate on a cookie!
Its is now become a part of my itialian cookie tray at christmas time..thanks giada!!

Beautiful and tasty! The ones that I made actually looked like biscotti and did not fall apart at all. I didn't have lemons, so I decided to use limes and they were still delicious.

Love this recipe - very easy and tasty. I've always wanted to make biscotti. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the cooking instructions. 40 minutes is too long of a baking time. Next time I will only bake for 30 and cool for 20. Other than this change - awesome!! Giada you're the best. My family loves you!!

OUTSTANDING!! FIRST TIME i EVER MADE BISCOTTI AND IT WAS BEAUTIFUL AND DELICIOUS!! I LET IT COOL FOR THE 30 MINUTES (AND IT WAS STILL WARM AND CUT IT WITH A SERRATED ELECTRIC KNIFE AND PERFECT, NOT ONE PIECE FELL APART! HAVE TO ADMIT MY HUSBAND AND I WERE EATING IT BEFORE THE CHOCOLATE AND DECIDED IT WAS GREAT WITHOUT IT (AND LESS CALORIES, THIS ONE WAS A TEST AND IT PASSED. THE NEXT WILL BE WITH CHOCOLATE FOR CHRISTMAS! BY THE WAY I HAD 20 NICE SLICES!
