I did not do the white chocolate and sugar sprinkles but I thought these were really good. They do take a while to make because of the long baking times but otherwise they couldn't be simpler. This was my first time making biscotti but I'll definitely be trying it again.

I made this recipe last week to bring to a holiday party and they were all eaten up so quickly! Very good and easy to make. I ended up subbing out the cranberries for dried cherries and the pistachios for slivered almonds. Too good for words A++

I have made this several times now.
Excellent! My family prefers the cookies plain without the chocolate.

This was SIMPLY DELICIOUS! My husband is the biscotti eater in the family and my two daughters and I ate this up! So easy to make my 9 yr. old and 11 yr. old daughters helped! I made them for friends as gifts! Excellent! Love them! Worth the time! If done correctly, they won't break apart.

I made these cookies, but I kept them plain--did not dip in chocolate--and they came out Delicious!!! They're one of my favorites--and my family's. I will be making these often, not just for the holidays.

I regularly make biscotti for my husband and when I saw Giada make these, I couln't wait to try them. I substituted chopped green cherries for the pistachios and because my husband likes soft biscotti only baked them once. Delicious and very easy!
