These biscotti are just delicious. My husband and kids are gobbling them up - I'll have to make more for other people! My husband likes them best before them get the chocolate dipping.

This was a wonderful recipe that can easily be altered to create whatever biscotti you desire. I personally made some mint chocolate chip and toffee-chocolate ones, and they turned out great. You will not be disappointed if you use this biscotti recipe. Thanks Giada!

Even though these taste ok they are not worth the trouble. After the first baking I let them cool completely but they were hard to slice for the second baking because they wanted to fall apart. Not something I would serve to company. Will not be making these again.
