I made the biscotti during the Christmas holiday. I was looking for something different. The biscotti was delicious! I followed the recipe as stated and they came out wonderful. I will definitely make the holiday biscotti again.

My mom and I have made these the past couple years as part of our annual holiday baking extravaganza and they are always a hit! We leave out the chocolate dipping part.

These were delicious. My aunt who doesn't like how dry store-bought biscotti tend to be took home the recipe and made them the next day. I am not a huge fan of the texture of colored sugar crystals so I left them off and drizzled the white chocolate on the biscotti instead. They were fantastic with such a bright flavor.

I've made these a couple times and been impressed with them. I never have enough time to do the chocolate dipping part but they are still good and were a hit as holiday treats.

Have made these quite a few times and can tell you base recipe is perfection. Being able to experiment with different fruits&nuts has been the best part. I just did Macadamia nuts and good chopped white chocolate. Wonderful!! For the foodie with the sticky dough dilema, just dust your hands ever so slightly with flour while forming. Enjoy!!

This was really good and relatively easy to make, will definitely make it again. After reading all the other reviews I started worrying about how long to bake it and how long to cool before cutting it to avoid crumbling. I wound up baking it for about the time called for, watching it toward the end to make sure it was a nice, light golden color. And since so many people talked about letting it cool less than what was called for, I tried cutting it while it was still a little warm about 15 mins. after taking it out - for mine at least this didn't work. While it was still warm it was more like slicing bread, and it tended to tear the way bread would. When it completely cooled it firmed up and made cutting a lot easier. Great recipe.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this recipe better than the other one i found with corn meal (the corn meal over powered the lemon and it's just soooo pretty and festive!... my biggest challenge was i found the dough to be very sticky - any suggestions? it was hard to mold... i am using this as a base recipe, my next batch is only with almonds and maybe one with apricots and cranberries for those allergic to nuts. LOVE IT!!! i give sets of these as gifts - and am being asked for them as repeats! THANKS GIADA and FN!!
