These are delicious. My brother in law has made them the past few years and we are going to make our own batch this year. They may be my favorite cookies ever, Im surprised how easy the recipe sounds to make.

I've made this biscotti for the last few years at our yearly cookie baking weekend and it is definitely one of our big hit favorites! It looks so festive with the red cranberries and green pistachios and looks great for gift giving or in a holiday party cookie tray. The biscotti has a wonderful, light flavor (not like a heavy biscuit and is delicious on its own or with coffee. The citrus zest is the perfect secret ingredient! Highly recommend it with or without the white chocolate.

I have made this for Christmas the last three years and been told by many it is the best biscotti they have ever had. I make it a few weeks beforehand and freeze in layers divided with wax paper. It's always a hit and I highly recommend it. Not too difficult to make at all. With sprinkles on the white chocolate, this biscotti is a winner. Thanks, Giada.

Fantastic! My daughter and I made these about 4 years ago after seeing Giada make them. They were so good they never made it to any of the Christmas parties we baked them for! We eventually doubled the recipe and made more. Light, excellent flavor and great for anytime of the year! Thank you for the recipe!

These are absolutely the best biscotti ever! I've made these for the past 2 holiday seasons and my husband can't get enough of them. I don't even dip them in the white chocolate - they're great just they way they come straight from the oven.

I love this biscotti recipe. They are delicious and crunchy, but not too crunchy as some biscotti is. These are just right. I've made them for 2 Christmases now and have gotten rave reviews from everyone. Dipping them in white chocolate is a nice touch.

This is a fantastic recipe. I've been making it for a while. Simply wonderful! Orange zest can be substituted for the lemon zest. Both work wonderfully with the cranberries and pistachios. I've also substituted chocolate chunks and chopped hazelnuts for the cranberries and pistachios (I omit the zest and add a tsp. of vanilla when using the chocolate. I've never dipped the biscotti in the white chocolate - I don't think it's necessary. Everyone in my Italian family raves about this recipe and they've had quite a bit of biscotti over the years.
