I just finished making this granola and can not stop eating it! Simply amazing. I substituted agave syrup for the maple syrup since I did not have any in the house. Love the cranberry flavor and will definitely be making it again.

I have been making this recipe for over a year and I love it. I leave out the cranberry juice, other than that I make it true to her recipe.

Fabulous recipe! I also added flax seed, substituted cherry juice for the cranberry juice and left the almonds whole. Makes the perfect crunchy clusters that you want in your granola. Yum!

    Awesome!!!!
I added raisins, tbsp of flax seeds, tsp of steel cut oatmeal & 1tbsp of wheat germ. Still came out the same.
Thanks Giada, I'll never buy granola in the store!! Why buy it with preservatives and additives when you can make it fresh. :-

Love it I have made it many times and always comes out perfect! I use this granola with grilled peaches and vanilla ice cream. My kids and my friends love it and they always ask for the recipe

Addicting & yummy!! I doubled the "sauce" and used the light syrup instead & used three cups of oatmeal. I used pecans, pumpkin seeds & almonds. I also used grated orange peel with the juice of the orange & mixed in with the cranberries & added toasted coconut once the granola was done. The granola was moist & chewy which I like. I also forgot the salt but added it to the mix after granola was done...yum nice sweet/salty taste. Thanks Giada, will make again!!!

Really good! I'm watching what I eat, so I calculated out exactly what's in here and here's the nutrition facts! The only change I made was I used a cranberry pomegranate natural juice.

I'll never buy granola again. Everyone who tastes it wants the recipe. My boyfriend can't stop snacking on it when he sees it in the pantry. I have a Food Network pan liner which makes cleaning up so much easier.
