Addicting & yummy!! I doubled the "sauce" and used the light syrup instead & used three cups of oatmeal. I used pecans, pumpkin seeds & almonds. I also used grated orange peel with the juice of the orange & mixed in with the cranberries & added toasted coconut once the granola was done. The granola was moist & chewy which I like. I also forgot the salt but added it to the mix after granola was done...yum nice sweet/salty taste. Thanks Giada, will make again!!!

Really good! I'm watching what I eat, so I calculated out exactly what's in here and here's the nutrition facts! The only change I made was I used a cranberry pomegranate natural juice.

I'll never buy granola again. Everyone who tastes it wants the recipe. My boyfriend can't stop snacking on it when he sees it in the pantry. I have a Food Network pan liner which makes cleaning up so much easier.

Excellent....and from what I can deduce, it's lower calorie than any other granola I've seen. I always keep roasted almonds on hand, so this made it easier. (Just pack as many raw almonds onto a cookie sheet as will fit and roast at 250 degrees for 1 hour. I omitted the pumpkin seeds and replaced with roasted peanuts. It's so good!!

This granola is so good and easy to make! Its almost addicting. I keep a small container of it in my end table because I nurse my baby in the middle of the night and its a great snack to have then instead of cookies or chips. Awesome recipe Giada!

Five stars for sure! Very "meaty." Yes, use the juice to help make some of it stick together.

I have made this recipe many times and love it. I use walnuts, sunflower seeds, a mixture of dried cranberries and cherries and honey sesame sticks with the rolled oats. It freezes beautifully, so I make a large batch and just pull it out when needed. I don't know about other reviewers, but I just mix it all up together and cook at 250 degrees for about 40 minutes.

Pretty good, I doubled the recipe but added less than half of the juice called for (I used some Cran Apple I had on hand. The granola itself wasn't as crunchy as I would have liked....any suggestions on how to tweak to make "crunchier" would be appreciated!
